The Top House is an outstanding luxury award winning home located within beautifully landscaped gardens and native fauna at Whakamoenga Point, a private gated residential estate of 58 acres, ten minutes drive from Taupo township
The architectural award winning house designed by Fraser Cameron incorporates glass, timber and local stone to create a NZ ambience. The matai flooring which once graced the wool stores of neighbouring Hawkes Bay enhance its distinctly New Zealand design and characteristics. Described by NZIA judges as “… anchored to the land with it’s solid materials, texture and detail, the house floats out and above the bush to the almost overwhelming views of lake and mountain”.
The property is self contained with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A second living room and games room, complete with billiard table, can double as additional bedrooms making this house suitable to sleep up to eight comfortably in uncompromising comfort.
